HUP Have Sights Set on New York
Friday, June 16th 2017 – In collaboration with Dutch Sports Infrastructure (DSI) from the Netherlands, HUP has coordinated a Trade Mission to New York from June 18th-22nd. DSI consists of 50 members of various sizes ranging from large-scale multinational companies such as Philips Lighting, Bosch, and BAM International, as well as, national sports organizations such as the Royal Netherlands Football Association. HUP will have the pleasure of hosting Crown Licensing, Dashtag, Dotcomsport, TNO, and VTON during the trip.
Between the 18th and 22nd of June 2017, HUP will coordinate high-level meetings with many prominent organizations in the American sports market. Some of those members include trips to meet executives from Major League Soccer (MLS), the National Basketball Association (NBA), New York Red Bulls (NY Red Bulls), Weinstein Carnegie Philanthropic Group (WCPG), and City Officials from New York City to name a few. DSI will provide brief introductions, showcasing how their resources and developments can help fill a void with the demands and opportunities needed within the American sports market.
Ultimately, it is DSI’s goal to work collectively with American partners and help demonstrate how Dutch sports innovation and technology can further improve and enhance sport organizations already present in the region beginning at the grassroots levels and leading up to professional sports. DSI aims to prove that their innovative sports technology can further help enhance America’s industry leading sport organizations to be the best in the world!
